Letters and Telephones

Eating spaghetti. Every kid has a picture of their first spaghetti feast nowadays. I made sure to leave out the sauce and save myself some clean up. 

Mads is also trying to make phone calls to Ontario.

 Mads cruises along furniture, but we can't leave Bobs in the room with him as Bobs might knock him over. 

Bobs has really been enjoying learning the alphabet and his numbers. Daddy showed him the word yellow. Bobs named all the letters, except when he saw the double l's, he said they were the number eleven.

Crafts and Outside

I pulled out my craft box and saw that Bobs was old enough to glue the foam cats onto a box. He liked it for awhile.

Then JJ and KC came over and we went outside. The sun was nice and warm. The babies played inside.

Whenever friends see photos of Mads and KC together, they joke that they look like what Kristin and I would have looked like playing together as babies. Especially since Kristin is also a month younger than me just like KC is to Mads.

Mads was still wearing his PJs when everyone came over because he had an early nap.

Alyssa's Birthday

It was Alyssa's 2nd birthday last weekend and all the kids were keen on cupcakes.

Mid January Weekend

Are you sick of hearing about our kitchen yet? We did the backsplash this weekend. We just have the grouting left today or tomorrow. Somehow we managed to do it with the kids around thanks to nap times and Disney movies.

The boys are starting to play together a lot better.

Limster Visits with Rhys

I have friends who have new babies I can love. On wednesday we visited Tyson, a 2 month old. Today we had my friend H-H Lim bring over Rhys who is nearly 3 months old.

BTW I am getting a haircut today from H-H Lim's brother to spruce myself up. Much needed.

Comparisons

Okay not exactly the same age here. Bobs is 1.5 months younger but they have the same bottom teeth going on. I am hoping to get a shot of Mads doing a similar smile.
