Today is Bob's third birthday. What an amazing and lengthy day that was three years ago. Uncle Tim came over last night for a visit. We haven't seen him in a long while. Bobs remembered who he was though.
The birthday boy gets pink/purple pankcakes this morning for breakfast. They are from Jessica Seinfeld's book of course.
I don't follow the recipe completely, as I add vanilla yogurt instead of ricotta. Who has ricotta on hand?
Unfortunately is is quite wet outside today so we don't see ourselves getting to a park today. Perhaps we will pick up a cupcake at Crave though.
On saturday is Bob's big purple party. Then on sunday, we will celebrate father's day with my parents here with a brunch and leftovers from the birthday party. Let's hope for sunshine!
