We celebrated Bob's 4th birthday today. Sadly, the little guy has been feeling sick all week. We nearly had to cancel the party, but we couldn't bear to do it so we went ahead.
His favourite colour is still purple, but he changes his mind and gives nearly all the other colours of the rainbow a chance.
I had some games ready for the kids, but they were all too shy to play Pin the Tail on the Donkey, except Elliott.
Then we had a scavenger hunt in the backyard. They had to hunt for smarties boxes.
We also tried Duck Duck Goose, but only the little toddlers wanted to play.
We ordered pizza, but I didn't count properly and we barely had enough for everyone. Oops!!
Bobs had spurts of energy here and there and enjoyed having his friends around to play with.

He was crying during his birthday song. It didn't help that he was feeling sick.
Most of the kids just ate the icing part.
There were two other birthday parties on the same street. One at every second house from ours. Mads and myself stopped at one after Bobs's was over. We had additional cupcakes there.
