The Zoo

On saturday morning, we decided to have our annual trip to the Zoo.

The kids are looking at an Emu here.

Mads enjoyed looking at the monkeys the most.

There were some mascots dressed up like a giraffe, a hippo and a tiger. Mads went up to one and spread his arms open. I think he wanted the tiger to pick him up! The tiger bent down and gave him a really big hug.

After our first train ride, we ran into some friends Brooklyn and Tyson, so we rode the train again with them.

We also rode the carousel twice. Our boys both don't like the moving horses. They always prefer the wagon seat with their parents. I was able to persuade Mads to try the up and down horsie once though and he liked it.
