Weekending

Last weekend, we saw a movie at the theatre, and rode the carousel.

This weekend the kids visited Mormor and Morfar on saturday morning while Mommy and Daddy went for a walk in Beaumont park and saw all the flood damage by the Bow.

On sunday, we went to Griffith Woods near our house and saw the flood damage done by the Elbow flooding. The Elbow is a much smaller river, but just as devastating.

I wonder if Grandma and Grandpa remember this bridge area from their visit in February?

We enjoyed our backyard and did some more work on it. Last weekend we painted the fence.

We have a bit of an ant problem and overgrown grass in our garden. We decided to remove the rotted wood and put in bricks.

The only thing really left this summer is to sand and paint that fence you see there.
