A Danish Polish Christmas

We had a Christmas party with our neighbours and we decided it would be a Danish Polish themed Christmas.

Besides sandwiches, we also had perogys and dumplings and lots of Polish sausage.

There aren't too many crowds that I can offer Esrom cheese to. It is a very stinky (think stinky socks) cheese and everyone loved it. Amazing, as I know a few Danes who can't even tolerate it.
