After being in Calgary for 12 hours, we left again for the cabin to celebrate NYE and JJ's birthday.
Bobs and JJ put on a very funny magic show.
We had amazing weather at around 2 degrees outside, and not nearly as much snow as last year.
There were lots of fights between the 6 boys.
JJ opened some gifts.
The kids had Mac N Cheese and then the grownups had a turkey dinner.
Then we waited patiently for the cupcakes.
And the first of the fireworks that night began.
Elliott and Seffy's mom said she would bring the noise makers. We didn't know whether she meant her kids or the instruments.
Then we had some marshmallows and saw the first of the neighbourhood fireworks.
They went on and on and on. Overall, a great time away and welcome back to Alberta.
