Bowness Park was flooded and badly damaged in June of 2013. The city only recently re-opened a small part of the park for people to enjoy in the winter.
The kids enjoyed skating down the lagoon.
There was a family having a tailgating party. They had a hibachi BBQ on the back of their truck.
