From Mud Bogging to Beaching

The kids slept great on this cabin trip.

KC fell out of bed once though, and Bobs woke up at 11:30 pm thinking it was morning.

We celebrated summer solstice.

Saturday was a bit cool out so we decided to try out Central Alberta Raceways.

There was a mud bogging competition. Bobs and Kristin needed a bit of convincing.

It was pretty cool to see something new.

We picked up some peppers from a farmers market earlier and made a delicious greek salad. Next time we will try to get everything for the greek salad from the farmers market.

Kristin missed her world cup Germany game as there is no wifi or TV.

Bobs had recently been to the Dr. where she told him to eat more vegetables. He ate 8 carrots and earned an extra popsicle.

The best beach day was on sunday morning.

Strangely, a deer came out and ran after the seagulls. Then a dog scared it back into  the woods.
